Rollover and API wallet
Monthly subscribers unused credits roll over one extra month; annual subscribers credits accumulate until annual renewal; cancellation stops rollover.
Web-plan credits and Direct API/Skills API dashboard balance are separate. MCP uses OAuth and web-plan premium credits; Direct API uses API key and API dashboard balance.
Policy and checkout notes
Enterprise customer data is excluded from AI model training by default. Non-Enterprise customers may opt out by contacting HeyGen. AI subprocessors are contractually prohibited from training their models on customer data.

What are HeyGen Pro tiers?
The public FAQ states Pro starts at 1,000 credits/month for $49 and ranges to 100,000 credits/month for $4,300; feature access is described as the same across Pro tiers while credit allocation changes.
How much is HeyGen Business?
Business is shown at $149/month plus $20/seat/month, with 1,500 credits, videos up to 60 minutes, 4K export, SAML/SSO and collaboration features. Annual Business pricing should be compared in the current checkout flow.
Are HeyGen credits the same as video minutes?
No. Credits are account usage currency. Avatar III, Avatar IV/V, Audio Dubbing, Full Video Translation and Video Agent consume credits at different per-minute rates.
Do HeyGen credits roll over?
